1. Our product belongs to microfibers, which can play an auxiliary role in supplementing strength throughout the entire formula system (the dispersibility of calcium sulfate whiskers and their affinity for other organic materials are good, and they can be evenly distributed in the poor fiber area of the friction block, thereby synergistically reinforcing with the long fibers that play a skeleton role in the friction block). Especially our relatively coarse and fluffy NP-M02 products, in addition to supplementing strength, can also better increase the shear strength and impact strength of the product. 


2. Our product has a good effect in stabilizing the friction coefficient, and the effect improves with increasing dosage. (Recommended usage is 8% -15%, subject to actual formula design, high usage can be added up to 20%).


3. Adding our product has a good effect on wear and tear, and also maintains good friction coefficient and wear resistance at high temperatures. Our product has a heat resistance of 1000 degrees and a melting point of 1450 degrees


4. Adding our product will not attack the dual, as the hardness of calcium sulfate whiskers is not high, with a Mohs hardness of 3.


5. Adding our product can soften the material of the friction block, providing excellent comfort during braking.


6. Adding our product will not produce black dust and can reduce the phenomenon of friction blocks falling dust during braking. And our product is made from carefully selected food grade gypsum, which does not contain heavy metals or other harmful substances to the human body. Can adapt to and meet the market's requirements for green environmental protection.


7. Adding our product can correspondingly reduce the amount of steel fibers used in semi metallic or low metal formulation systems that use steel fibers (for example, adding 18% steel fibers in the early stage can be reduced to about 14% using our product), while also making the steel fibers fluffy and reducing the density of the product, thereby reducing the noise of such formulation products.


8. Adding our products will not generate noise due to our products, as many products that use mineral fibers, steel fibers, and ceramic fibers are relatively prone to noise. (Because the hardness of mineral fibers is generally high, and they all have slag balls to varying degrees, steel fibers and ceramic fibers have the problem of high hardness.)


9. Adding our product can slightly reduce the amount of resin used (1-2%). As is well known, the resin in friction materials mainly plays a role in bonding all other materials. The addition of calcium sulfate whiskers can also reduce the amount of other powder fillers used in the product. With the addition of calcium sulfate whiskers, the calcium sulfate whiskers in the product become more and more uniform, and their bonding effect with the resin becomes more and more obvious. As this effect gradually strengthens and other inorganic powder fillers are appropriately reduced, the corresponding resin dosage can be appropriately reduced without causing a decrease in the bonding effect of the product.


10. For friction blocks that use any other whisker products, our product can partially or completely replace other whiskers, and the replacement can still maintain or improve the original quality of the product. In inorganic whisker products, the production cost of sulfur calcium whisker is relatively low, which can reduce the cost of the product and improve the market competitiveness of users
